Chapter on Hoarding and Pricing
Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh|Volume 3|Book 2|Chapter 18
وَ نَهَى أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنِ اَلْحُكْرَةِ فِي اَلْأَمْصَارِ".
Commander of the Faithful عليه السلام, peace be upon him, forbade hoarding in the cities.
