Chapter on Usury (Riba)
Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh|Volume 3|Book 2|Chapter 27
وَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ: "آكِلُ اَلرِّبَا وَ مُؤْكِلُهُ وَ كَاتِبُهُ وَ شَاهِدَاهُ فِي اَلْوِزْرِ سَوَاءٌ".
The Messenger of Allah سبحانه وتعالى (may Allah سبحانه وتعالى bless him and his family) said: "The one who consumes usury, the one who gives it, its recorder, and its two witnesses are equal in sin."
