Chapter on Trade, Its Etiquettes, Virtues, and Jurisprudence

Muyassir narrated from Hafs, from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, who said: I said to him, "A man intends to be honest, but when he measures, he does not measure accurately." He عليه السلام asked: "What do those around him say?" I said: "They say he does not give full measure." He عليه السلام said: "He is among those who should not be measuring."
