Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh|Volume 3|Book 2|Chapter 38
Ibn Bukayr narrated from Zurarah, who said: I asked Abu Ja'far Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir عليه السلام: "We pass by tax collectors, and they ask us to swear an oath so that they let us go, and they are not satisfied with anything else." Imam عليه السلام said: "Then swear to them, for it is more lawful than dates and butter."
