Chapter on Oaths, Vows, and Expiations
Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh|Volume 3|Book 2|Chapter 38
وَ قَالَ اَلصَّادِقُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: "اَلْيَمِينُ اَلْكَاذِبَةُ تَدَعُ اَلدِّيَارَ بَلاَقِعَ مِنْ أَهْلِهَا".
Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام said that a false oath leaves homes deserted of their inhabitants.
