Chapter on Oaths, Vows, and Expiations
Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh|Volume 3|Book 2|Chapter 38
وَ قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ اَلْبَاقِرُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: "مَا تَرَكَ عَبْدٌ شَيْئاً لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فَفَقَدَهُ".
Abu Ja'far Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir عليه السلام said: "No servant leaves something for the sake of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Almighty and Glorious, and then finds himself in loss because of it."
