Chapter on Recognizing the Major Sins for Which Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Almighty, Has Threatened with Hellfire
وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ أَبِي خَدِيجَةَ سَالِمِ بْنِ مُكْرَمٍ اَلْجَمَّالِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: "اَلْكَذِبُ عَلَى اَللَّهِ وَ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ وَ عَلَى اَلْأَوْصِيَاءِ عَلَيْهِمُ اَلسَّلاَمُ مِنَ اَلْكَبَائِرِ".
In the narration of Abu Khadijah Salim ibn Mukarram al-Jammal from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, he said: "Lying against Allah سبحانه وتعالى, His Messenger صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم, and the successors عليه السلام (peace be upon them) is among the major sins."
