Among the Concise Words of the Messenger of Allah (Peace Be Upon Him)
Commander of the Faithful Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib عليه السلام, peace be upon him, said: The Messenger of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, said: "O' Allah سبحانه وتعالى, have mercy on my successors." It was asked: "O' Messenger of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, who are your successors?" Prophet صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم replied: "Those who come after me and narrate my traditions and my Sunnah."
