Chapter on Prohibition of Shedding Blood and Taking Wealth Unlawfully, the Prohibition of Engaging in the Impermissible, and Repentance From Killing Whether Intentional or Accidental
Ibn Abi Umayr narrated from Said Al-Azraq from Abu Abdullah عليه السلام regarding a man who kills a believing man. Imam عليه السلام said: "It will be said to him, 'Die in whichever manner you wish - if you wish, as a Jew; if you wish, as a Christian; and if you wish, as a Magian.'"
