4- حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِصَامٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْكُلَيْنِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ: وُلِدَ الصَّاحِبُ ع لِلنِّصْفِ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ سَنَةَ خَمْسٍ وَ خَمْسِينَ وَ مِائَتَيْنِ.
