Kamāl al-Dīn wa Tamām al-Niʿma|Volume 1|Book 2|Chapter 55
5- وَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الصَّفَّارُ وَ سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعاً عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْكَاتِبِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: كَانَ آخِرَ أَوْصِيَاءِ عِيسَى ع رَجُلٌ يُقَالُ لَهُ بالط.
And narrated to us Muhammad bin Hasan bin Ahmad bin Walid: Narrated to us Muhammad bin Hasan Saffar and Saad bin Abdullah; all of them from Yaqoob bin Yazid al-Katib from Muhammad bin Abi Umair from one who narrated to our associates – from Abi Abdullah عليه السلام that he said:
“The name of the last successor of Prophet Isa عليه السلام was Balit.”
