Narrated by Ahmad ibn Muhammad, from Musa ibn Al-Qasim, from Ali ibn Ja‘far, from his brother Imam Musa Al Kadhim
He (Ali Ibn Ja’far) said: "I asked Imam عليه السلام about a man who is not in a state of ablution and is then struck by rain, soaking his head, beard, body, hands, and feet. Would that suffice for his ablution?" Imam عليه السلام replied: "If he washes them, then that suffices for him."
