Narrated by Ahmad ibn Muhammad, from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr, from Hammad, from Al-Halabi:
I asked Abu ‘Abdillah عليه السلام, about a man who touches a dead animal. Is it necessary for him to perform ghusl because of it? Imam عليه السلام said: “No, that requirement applies only to a human being.”
