Al-Husayn ibn Sa'id narrated from Uthman ibn Isa, from Sama'ah, from Abu Abdullah عليه السلام, who said:
Imam عليه السلام said: "When you shroud the deceased, sprinkle some powdered perfume and camphor on each piece of the shroud. Place some of the hanoot (a mixture of perfumes) on his ears, his places of prostration, and some on the back of the shroud."
