Chapter on Etiquettes of Causes Requiring Purification

Narrated to me by the Shaykh (Al-Mufid), may Allah سبحانه وتعالى support him, who said: Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Al-Hasan narrated to me, from his father, from Muhammad bin Yahya, from Muhammad bin Ali bin Mahbub, from Ahmad Al-Barqi, from Al-Nawfali, from Al-Sakuni, from Imam Ja’far Al Sadiq عليه السلام, from his father Imam Al Baqir عليه السلام, from his forefathers عليه السلام, who said: Imam عليه السلام said: The Messenger of Allah سبحانه وتعالى (may Allah سبحانه وتعالى bless him and his family) forbade a man from facing the sun or the moon with his private parts while urinating.
