As for what was narrated by Al-Husayn bin Sa'id, from Al-Qasim bin Muhammad, from Aban, from Zakkar bin Farqad, from Uthman bin Ziyad, who said:
I said to Abu Abdullah عليه السلام: 'I may be traveling and come across stagnant water while my hand is dirty; can I immerse it in the water?' Imam عليه السلام said: 'There is no harm.'
