Tahdhīb al-Aḥkām|Volume 1|Book 1|Chapter 3
From him, from Al-Sindi bin Muhammad, from Yunus bin Ya'qub, who said:
I said to Abu Abdullah عليه السلام: 'The wudu (ablution) that Allah سبحانه وتعالى has made obligatory upon His servants - for one who has relieved himself or urinated - what does it entail?' Imam عليه السلام said: 'He should wash his private part, remove the filth, and then perform wudu by washing twice, twice.'
