Tahdhīb al-Aḥkām|Volume 1|Book 1|Chapter 3
And the Shaykh (Al-Mufid), may Allah سبحانه وتعالى support him, narrated to me: Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Al-Hasan narrated from his father, from Sa'd bin Abdullah, from Ayyub bin Nuh, from Muhammad bin Abi Hamzah, from Ali bin Yaqtin, who said:
I asked Abu Al-Hasan Musa عليه السلام about a man who urinates and does not wash his private part until he performs the wudu for prayer. He عليه السلام said: 'He should wash his private part but does not need to repeat his wudu.'
