Chapter on the Description of Ablution (Wudu)

Through the same chain of narrators, from Al-Husayn bin Sa‘id, from Ahmad bin Muhammad, who said: (Narrator said) “I asked Abu Al-Hasan عليه السلام about wiping over the feet. How is it done?” Imam عليه السلام placed his palm on the toes and then wiped it to the ankles. I asked Imam عليه السلام: "What if a person wiped with two fingers from his toes to his ankles like this?" Imam عليه السلام said: "No, it must be with the entire palm."
