Chapter on the Description of Ablution (Wudu)

The Shaykh (Al-Mufid), may Allah سبحانه وتعالى support him, informed me from Abu al-Qasim Jaʿfar ibn Muhammad, from Muhammad ibn Yaʿqub, from Ali ibn Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abi ʿUmayr, from Ibn Udhaynah, from al-Ahwal, who said: I said to Abu Abdullah عليه السلام: "I come out of the restroom and cleanse myself with water, but my clothing touches the water that I used for Istinjaʾ. Is there any harm in this?" Imam عليه السلام replied: "There is no harm in it."
