father, from al-Husayn ibn al-Hasan ibn Aban, from al-Husayn ibn Saʿid, from Hammad, from Hariz, from Zurarah, from Abu Abdullah عليه السلام, who said:
Imam عليه السلام said: “My father (Imam Al Baqir عليه السلام) said to me: "If you performed ablution (Wuduʾ) and replaced the wiping of the feet with washing, and you intended that this washing was part of the obligatory acts, then that would not be considered Wuduʾ.” Then Imam عليه السلام said: “Begin by wiping over the feet. If you decide to wash them afterward, then wipe over them again so that the last action performed is the obligatory one."
