Imam عليه السلام said: "There is no harm if a man applies henna, becomes junub (in a state of major ritual impurity) while having henna on, or uses depilatory powder while junub. It is also permissible for a junub to cup blood, slaughter an animal, or perform other acts, but he should not taste anything until he washes his hands and rinses his mouth, as it is feared that it may cause vitiligo (al-wodah)."
