The Shaykh (Al-Mufid), may Allah سبحانه وتعالى support him, narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad, from his father, from al-Husayn ibn al-Hasan ibn Aban, from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id, from al-Nadr, from Ya‘qub ibn Yaqtin: Abu al-Hasan عليه السلام said: "The minimum duration of menstruation is three [days], and its maximum is ten."
