Chapter on Rulings on Forgetfulness (Sahw) in Prayer and What Requires Repeating of Prayer
Al-Husayn bin Sa‘id, from Safwan and Fadalah, from al-‘Ala’, from Muhammad bin Muslim, from one of them (Imams عليه السلام), peace be upon them both, who said:
I asked Him عليه السلام about forgetfulness in Maghrib. Imam عليه السلام said: "He should repeat (the prayer) until he remembers, for it is not like the Shaf‘ (even-numbered prayers)."
