Chapter on Rulings on Forgetfulness (Sahw) in Prayer and What Requires Repeating of Prayer

Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Yahya al-Mu‘adhi, from al-Tayalisi, from Sayf bin Umayrah, from Ishaq bin ‘Ammar, who said: Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, said: "If your assumption always leans toward completion (the higher number) in every prayer, then perform two prostrations (sajdatayn) without a ruku‘. Do you understand?" I said: "Yes."
