Chapter on Rulings on Forgetfulness (Sahw) in Prayer and What Requires Repeating of Prayer
وَ عَنْهُ عَنْ فَضَالَةَ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ اَلْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اَلْمَلِكِ قَالَ قَالَ لِي:« إِذَا لَمْ تَحْفَظِ اَلرَّكْعَتَيْنِ اَلْأَوَّلَتَيْنِ فَأَعِدْ صَلاَتَكَ»
And from him, from Fadalah, from Hammad, from al-Fadl bin Abd al-Malik, who said:
Imam عليه السلام said to me: "If you do not remember the first two rak‘ahs, then repeat your prayer."
