Chapter on the Manner of Prayer, Its Description and What is Obligatory and Recommended
As for what was narrated by Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Mahbub from Ali ibn Al-Sindi from Hammad from Hariz from Muhammad ibn Muslim who said:
I asked Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, about a man who is an Imam (of prayer) and begins with Al-Hamd without saying "Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Rahim". Imam عليه السلام said: "It does not harm him, and there is no problem with that."
