From him, from Ahmad from Musa ibn Al-Qasim and Abu Qatadah together from Ali ibn Ja'far from his brother (Imam) Musa ibn Ja'far عليه السلام, peace be upon them both, who said:
I asked Imam عليه السلام about a man who prostrates upon pebbles but does not firmly place his forehead upon the ground. Imam عليه السلام said: "He should move his forehead until he becomes firmly settled, pushing the pebbles away from under his forehead without lifting his head."
