Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Mahbub from Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Sulayman, who said:
I wrote to the Al Faqih (Jurist), peace be upon him, asking Imam عليه السلام about the qunoot. He عليه السلام wrote back to me: "If there is a severe necessity, then do not raise your hands, and say three times: ‘Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Rahim.’"
