Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Al-Abbas from Ali ibn Mahziyar from Abu Dawud Al-Mustariq from Hisham who said:
I said to Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him: “I go out for a need, and I like to be among those who perform ta'qib (post-prayer supplication).” Imam عليه السلام said: "If you are in a state of ablution, then you are among those who perform ta'qib."
