Ali ibn Mahziyar from Hammad ibn Isa from Hariz from Al-Fudayl ibn Yasar who said:
I said to Abu Ja'far, peace be upon him: “I might be in prayer and experience cramping in my stomach, or discomfort, or throbbing.” Imam عليه السلام said: "Leave, then perform ablution, and continue from where you left off in your prayer, as long as you have not invalidated the prayer by speaking deliberately. But if you spoke forgetfully, there is no harm upon you, for it is like one who speaks in prayer forgetfully." I asked: “Even if he turns his face away from the qiblah?” Imam عليه السلام said: "Yes, even if he turns his face away from the qiblah."
