Al-Husayn ibn Sa'id from Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr from Abdullah ibn Bukayr from Ubayd ibn Zurarah:
Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, (was asked) regarding a man who intends to recite a Surah but then recites another one instead. Imam عليه السلام said: "He is allowed to return (to the intended Surah) as long as he has not recited two-thirds of it."
