Ali ibn Ibrahim from his father from Ibn Abi Umayr from Umar ibn Udhaynah from Al-Fudayl ibn Yasar and Burayd ibn Mu'awiyah from one of them (Imams عليه السلام), peace be upon them both:
(Imam عليه السلام) said: "There is no harm in standing upon a prayer mat made of hair or wool if one prostrates upon the earth; but if it is from the plants of the earth, then there is no harm in standing upon it and prostrating upon it."
