Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Yahya from Ayyub ibn Nuh from Safwan from ‘Anbasah, who said:
I asked Imam عليه السلام about a man who does not know whether he performed two rak‘ahs, one rak‘ah, or three. Imam عليه السلام said: "He should build his prayer upon one rak‘ah, recite in it the Opening of the Book (Al-Fatihah), and perform two prostrations of forgetfulness (sajdatay al-sahw)."
