Narrated Sa'd ibn Abdillah from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hasan ibn Ali ibn Faddal from Jamil ibn Darraj. He said:
I said to Abu Abdillah عليه السلام: "What do you say about a man who performs the Maghrib prayer after the redness (of the horizon) has disappeared?" Imam عليه السلام said: "Due to a valid excuse, there is no problem." I asked: "And a man who performs the ‘Ishaʾ al-Akhirah (the last evening prayer) before the redness disappears?" Imam عليه السلام said: "Due to a valid excuse, there is no problem."
