Al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from Hammad ibn Isa from Mu‘awiyah ibn Wahb who said:
I said to Abu Abdillah عليه السلام: “Should I say ‘Amin’ when the imam (of prayer) says: ‘ghayril-maghdubi ‘alayhim wa lad-dallin’?” Imam عليه السلام said: “They are the Jews and the Christians.” And He عليه السلام did not respond regarding this (He عليه السلام gave no ruling about saying ‘Amin’).
