مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ اَلْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ فَضَالَةَ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اَلرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ يَسْجُدُ وَ عَلَيْهِ اَلْعِمَامَةُ لاَ تُصِيبُ جَبْهَتُهُ اَلْأَرْضَ قَالَ« لاَ يُجْزِيهِ ذَلِكَ حَتَّى تَصِلَ جَبْهَتُهُ إِلَى اَلْأَرْضِ»
Muhammad ibn Ya‘qub, from Muhammad ibn Yahya, from Ahmad ibn Muhammad, from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id, from Fadalah, from Aban, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Abdillah, who said:
I asked Abu Abdillah عليه السلام about a man who prostrates while wearing a turban, such that his forehead does not touch the ground. Imam عليه السلام said: “That does not suffice him until his forehead reaches the ground.”
