Muhammad ibn Ya’qub, from Ali, from his father, from Muhammad ibn Ibrahim, from someone who narrated to him: Abu Abdillah عليه السلام said: "The sick person should pray while sitting, and if he is unable, he should pray lying on his back. He should pronounce the ‘takbir’, then recite. When he wants to perform ‘ruku’, he should close his eyes, then say the ‘tasbih’; then he opens his eyes, and the opening of his eyes will count as raising his head from ‘ruku’. When he wants to prostrate, he closes his eyes, then recites the ‘tasbih’, and when he has done so, he opens his eyes, the opening of his eyes will count as raising his head from ‘sujud’. Then he recites the ‘tashahhud’ and concludes the prayer."
