Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Yahya by al-Abbas ibn Maruf by Ibn Sinan by Talhah ibn Zayd by Imam Ja’far عليه السلام: I asked Imam عليه السلام about a man who led a group in prayer and then experienced a nosebleed after having prayed one or two rak’ahs, and he appointed a man from among them who had missed one or two rak’ahs. Imam عليه السلام said: “He completes the prayer with them, then appoints another man to give the taslim with them, and he (the original deputy) stands up and completes the remainder of his prayer.”
