Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Mahbub, from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn, from Ahmad ibn Muhammad, from al-Husayn ibn Musa, from Zurarah, who said:
I (Zurarah) asked Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him: “About a man who sets out on a journey which he intends, and the prayer time enters while he has gone two farsakhs out of the village, so they prayed (the shortened prayer). And then some of them returned for a need of theirs, and then he was not able to proceed on his journey. What should he do regarding the prayer? “ Imam عليه السلام said: “His prayer is complete and he does not repeat it.”
