Chapter on the Prayer over the Dead

Sa’ad ibn Abdullah from Ibrahim ibn Mahziyar from his brother Ali from Hammad ibn Muhammad from Shu‘ayb from Abu Basir from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, who said: Imam al-Sadiq عليه السلام said: “The takbir over the deceased is five takbirs.”
