Chapter on the Virtue of Mosques and Prayer Within Them, and the Virtue of Congregational Prayer and Its Rulings
From him, from Hammad ibn Isa from Hariz from Zurarah and Muhammad ibn Muslim, who said:
Abu Ja’far عليه السلام, peace be upon him, said: “The Commander of the Faithful عليه السلام, peace be upon him, used to say: ‘Whoever recites (Qur’an) behind an imam (of prayer) whom he follows, and then dies, he will be raised not upon the natural disposition (fitrah, meaning natural belief in oneness of God).’” (meaning reciting Qur’an behind an imam (of prayer) during congregational prayer is incorrect as a muqtadi (follower))
