Tahdhīb al-Aḥkām|Volume 3|Book 2|Chapter 6
Ahmad from al-Hasan ibn Ali ibn Faddal from al-Mufaddal ibn Salih who said:
I asked Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, about prayer in the Euphrates and in rivers weaker than it, while on a ship. Imam عليه السلام said: “If you pray (on the ship), it is good, and if you go out (to pray on land), it is good also.”
