Chapter on Additions Regarding Zakat

And from him, from Ali ibn Ibrahim, from Muhammad ibn Isa, from Yunus, from Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Hajjaj, who said: I (narrator) asked Abu al-Hasan عليه السلام, peace be upon him, about ‘a man who gives another man dirhams to divide them and place them in their proper places, while he is among those for whom charity is lawful.’ Imam عليه السلام said: "There is no harm in him taking for himself just as he gives to others." Imam عليه السلام said: "And it is not permissible for him to take if he instructed him to place them in specified places, except with his permission."
