Chapter on Expiation for Intentionally Breaking the Fast of a Day from the Month of Ramadan
From him, from Muhammad ibn Yahya, from Ahmad ibn Muhammad, from Uthman ibn Isa, from Samaah:
I (narrator) asked Imam عليه السلام about ‘a man who was seized in the month of Ramadan, and he had broken his fast three times, and he had been brought before the (divinely appointed) Imam three times.’ Imam عليه السلام said: “Let him be killed on the third.”
