Chapter on One Who Becomes Muslim in Month of Ramadan, and the Ruling of One Who Reaches Puberty in It, and One Who Dies after Having Fasted Part of It or Not Having Fasted Anything from It

What indicates that is what Muhammad ibn Yaqub narrated, from al-Husayn ibn Muhammad, from Mualla ibn Muhammad, from al-Washsha, from Hammad ibn Uthman, from one whom he mentioned, from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, who said: I (narrator) asked Imam عليه السلام about ‘a man who dies while a debt from the month of Ramadan is upon him, who makes it up on his behalf?’ Imam عليه السلام said: “The person most entitled to him.” I (narrator) asked: “Then if the person most entitled to him is a woman?” Imam عليه السلام said: “No, only the men.”
