Muhammad ibn Yaqub, from Muhammad ibn Yahya, from Ahmad ibn Muhammad, from Uthman ibn Isa, from Samaah, who said: I (narrator) asked Imam عليه السلام about ‘regurgitation (al-qals), and it is belching (al-jushah), when food rises from the inside of a man without him having vomited, while he is standing in prayer.’ Imam عليه السلام said: “That does not invalidate his ablution, nor does it cut off his prayer, nor does it break his fast.”
