Al-Husayn ibn Said, from Fadalah ibn Ayyub, from al-Ala, from Muhammad ibn Muslim, from one of the two Imams عليه السلام, peace be upon them:
Imam عليه السلام was asked about ‘a woman applying kohl while she is fasting.’ Imam عليه السلام said: “If it is not kohl whose taste she finds in her throat, then there is no harm.”
