Chapter on Making Up the Month of Ramadan, and the Ruling of One Who Breaks the Fast in It Intentionally and Forgetfully, and One upon Whom Fasting Two Consecutive Months Is Obligatory and He Breaks the Fast during Them, or upon Whom There Is a Vow Regarding Fasting
And from him, from Hammad, from Abdullah ibn al-Mughirah, from Ibn Sinan, from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him:
Imam عليه السلام said: “Whoever breaks the fast for any part of the month of Ramadan due to an excuse, then if he makes it up consecutively, it is better, and if he makes it up separately, that is good.”
