Chapter 126(a) - Matters Permissible or Otherwise in Renting Land
3- أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ لا تَسْتَأْجِرِ الأرْضَ بِالْحِنْطَةِ ثُمَّ تَزْرَعَهَا حِنْطَةً.
3. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan from ibn Muskan from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said, ‘You must not rent land in exchange for wheat where you plant wheat.’”
